Summary
Closing lecture of the seminar «Restorative justice: challenges for the criminal justice system», held at the Universidad de Talca on 30 November and 1 December 2022. The international speaker Verónica Michel-Luviano traces the figure of reparation of harm in criminal codes since the nineteenth century, tied to civil action, and examines its move towards restorative forms.
