Summary
First session of a four-module mini-course broadcast by the judicial school of the Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná, linked to a course in its virtual learning environment. The presentation sets out the stages of a restorative process: preparation, a circle led by a trained facilitator, collective agreement, evaluation and follow-up. It names the principles of voluntariness, consensuality and promptness and describes programmes in Paraná with incarcerated women and with community safety councils. It is in Portuguese.
