A diploma monograph on how criminal justice for adolescents works in Potosí. It starts from the premise that Bolivian legislation aims to go beyond punishment, protect the rights of adolescents and apply restorative justice, so that offending behaviour is addressed by taking into account the needs of the community, the situation of victims and the responsibility of the person who broke the law, with reflection and reintegration. It includes a theoretical and contextual framework, a diagnosis, conclusions and recommendations. It is useful for those working in youth justice in Bolivia.
