Summary
Launch event of the USP-Restaura project of the Ribeirão Preto Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, coordinated by Cristina Rego de Oliveira under the supervision of Eduardo Saad-Diniz. It brings together invited guests to discuss the possibilities of restorative justice in relation to environmental issues. The part recorded in Spanish gathers reflections on who owns the victim’s conflict and on gender issues. It lasts almost two hours. It is useful for those researching restorative justice and environmental offences in a university setting.
