Summary
Webinar from the sessions of the National Conciliation Seminar, organised by the Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios with its judicial training school. After the institutional opening, the speakers address the practice of restorative justice and the role of the facilitator or mediator. They insist on not imposing discourses about what each participant should do or be, so that people keep the leading role in the space.
