Summary
A presentation by Diana Márquez on June 30, 2026 in the course «Introducción al Derecho de Ejecución Penal» of the Asociación Pensamiento Penal. It covers four topics: the Fondo de Ayuda a Víctimas (Victims' Aid Fund), which the Cooperativa Liberté sustains with the surplus from its work; direct and indirect restorative meetings and the founding cases she has facilitated since 2017; the «Caso Manuel», presented as the first circle with surrogate victims in Argentina; and restorative circles as an extension of the meeting toward the community. There are six slides downloadable as a PDF. It is useful as support material for classes on sentence enforcement.
