Summary
Programme «Expediente INACIPE», by Mexico’s Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Penales with Canal Judicial, recorded on 26 March 2018 and broadcast on 17 April. The guest, Héctor José Villanueva Escamilla, a consultant in the adversarial criminal justice system, explains restorative justice applied to adolescents. He argues that conflicts that constitute offences can be addressed as conflicts and not only as investigation files, and that victims need emotional preparation in order to take part.
