Summary
A work arguing that a truly restorative youth justice must rest on three dimensions: accountability, reparation and reintegration. So that these are present in the treatment of adolescents in conflict with the criminal law, it proposes making restorative mediation a requirement for access to the alternative outcomes of remission and reparation agreement regulated by the Código de Responsabilidad Penal de Adolescentes. It develops the role of mediation in Peruvian youth law. It is useful for prosecutors, judges, technical teams and students of juvenile criminal law.
