Summary
A master's thesis that analyses and synthesises the information on conciliation in agrarian matters in Bolivia. It argues that conciliation has serious shortcomings that prevent the full exercise of the rights and the culture of peace that characterise the Bolivian State, and proposes specialised codification so that conciliation works effectively in agrarian justice. It is useful for those working on land conflicts and on the reform of alternative methods of dispute resolution.
