A thesis that analyses the programme Devuélvele a tu Ciudad, of the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, which runs a community service system as an opportunity for reintegration for people who committed minor offences. The programme draws on community psychology and restorative justice. Through interviews with those who perform the service, the beneficiary institutions and the technical team, it compares their perspectives and proposes a model that links the two approaches, with social inclusion as a central element. It is useful for those evaluating or designing restorative community sanctions.
