Summary
Episode in which magistrate Roberto Vidal talks with Dilia Lozano, general rapporteur of the JEP, about the reach of restorative judgments and their impact on victims and on the country. It asks how the jurisdiction places victims at the centre and seeks to have those who harmed them acknowledge their responsibility and help transform reality. It runs for about twenty-six minutes and is in Spanish; a video version also exists. It is useful for those who follow the enforcement of sanctions and reparation in Colombia.
