Ponencia de un congreso de derecho, economía y salud que parte de los límites del sistema de justicia penal: víctimas, personas ofensoras y comunidades sienten a menudo que no atiende sus necesidades, y el proceso judicial puede profundizar las heridas sociales. Con investigación jurídica normativa, con enfoques legal y conceptual, sostiene que la justicia restaurativa puede ser una alternativa y respuesta a parte de la carga del sistema penal de Indonesia. Sirve a quienes buscan argumentos normativos sobre la incorporación de la justicia restaurativa en sistemas penales sobrecargados.
