Summary
A lecture at the 2013 Mediation Week of the Poder Judicial de Nuevo León, given on 14 October 2013 by Edwardo Mendoza, director of the district courts of Orange County, Texas, with 32 years of work in criminal justice. It presents restorative justice as a new paradigm and describes how the victim gradually forms their story and their reasons for wanting a meeting with the person who caused harm. It lasts one hour and twelve minutes. It is useful for those training in criminal mediation and in victim-offender meetings.
