Summary
Virtual seminar of 15 February 2023 on the implementation of restorative justice in Brazil’s Federal Justice, promoted by the Restorative Justice Unit of the Conciliation System of the Tribunal Regional Federal da 1.ª Região, in partnership with that of the 6th Region. The presentations describe challenges and possibilities of applying restorative practices in federal matters, including a written agreement signed with the Public Prosecution Service before reaching court. It lasts more than three hours. It is useful for those working in federal justice and considering opening a restorative programme.
