Summary
Seminar of the Programa de Justicia Restaurativa y Paz Social and the Centro de Justicia y Sociedad of the Universidad Católica de Chile on criminal mediation in youth justice. The speakers are Sebastián Valenzuela, then Undersecretary of Justice; María José Taladríz, of the Ministerio Público and coordinator of the working group on restorative youth justice of the AIAMP; and Alejandro Gómez, on criminal policy for adolescents and criminal mediation. It lasts almost two hours. It is useful for those working in the adolescent criminal justice system and following the Chilean reform.
