Summary
The final report of the ILANUD/Brasil team, dated 31 January 2006, which systematizes and evaluates the country's pilot restorative justice experiences. Building on the concept set out in ECOSOC Resolution 2002/12, it analyzes the experiences, puts forward recommendations and challenges, and attaches the data collection instrument and an interim report.
