Summary

A statistical report by the Oranga Tamariki Evidence Centre on the 580 victims linked to the 114 family group conferences held between July 2020 and June 2021 for offenses committed by children aged 10 to 13. It describes who the victims were—individuals or organizations, ages, relationship to the person who committed the offense—the offenses, the involvement of co-offenders, and, above all, how many victims in each group took part in the conference. Useful for identifying which victims are left out of the process and for guiding outreach work.
