Afternoon session of the second day of the X Conference on Self-Composition Solutions of the Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Sul, organised by its consensual methods unit. It includes the lecture by judge Leoberto Narciso Brancher, «Lessons learned in building a restorative justice policy within the judiciary», delivered on 18 November 2022. It argues that the expansion of community practices responds to a strategy of inducement and not to spontaneity, and reviews the institutional policy of Rio Grande do Sul. It is in Portuguese.
