Summary
A collective volume published by the CNJ in 2016 and coordinated by Fabrício Bittencourt da Cruz, following Resolution 225/2016, which created the Judiciary's national restorative justice policy. It brings together texts by judges and by teams from the first programs: Marcelo Nalesso Salmaso on the paradigm shift and the guidelines of the resolution; Ana Paula Pereira Flores and Leoberto Brancher on the experience in Rio Grande do Sul; Egberto de Almeida Penido and other authors on São Paulo; and chapters on circles in gender-based violence and in Indigenous conflicts. Useful for understanding the foundations of the resolution.
