Summary
A rule issued on August 25, 1980 by the National Executive Branch, under the powers of the Statute for the National Reorganization Process, which established the criminal regime applicable to minors who committed offenses. In its original text, persons who had not reached fourteen were not punishable, nor, up to eighteen, were those who committed offenses prosecutable only on private action or punishable by up to two years, a fine, or disqualification; the judicial authority could definitively dispose of the minor. Law 22.803 amended it and Law 27.801 repealed it.
