Summary
An analytical and propositional report in the CNJ's Justiça Pesquisa series, produced by a team from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina coordinated by Vera Regina Pereira de Andrade, on the role of the Judiciary in implementing restorative justice in Brazil. It combines a theoretical, methodological, and normative framework with field visits to programs in Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, São Paulo, and Bahia, among other states, and proposes a scale for measuring the degree of implementation. It describes court structures and service flows, such as those in São Paulo. Useful for those planning or evaluating judicial programs.
