Summary
Regulation developing Peru's Código de Responsabilidad Penal de Adolescentes. In the chapter on alternatives to proceedings, it regulates remission (arts. 34 to 54), the reparation agreement (arts. 55 to 63) and the restorative mechanism with conciliation or mediation (arts. 64 to 78), as well as the powers of judges and prosecutors, technical teams with a restorative approach, and the enforcement of socio-educational measures. It was later amended by DS 005-2025-JUS. It is useful for prosecutors, judges, defence counsel and technical teams working with adolescents in conflict with the criminal law.
