Summary
A thesis arguing that full reparation of harm should be a mandatory condition for applying the abbreviated procedure in offences of family or domestic violence against women. Through normative, doctrinal and case-law analysis and a mapping of procedural practice, it examines the legal bases and their gaps, how reparation is actually made in abbreviated agreements and whether it is appropriate to require it as a condition. It closes with a normative proposal. It is useful for prosecution, defence and criminal judicial staff in Bolivia and for those studying reparation for victims.
