Summary
National law on the Patronato de Menores (Juvenile Guardianship), enacted on October 21, 1919 and published on October 27, 1919, known by the name of Deputy Luis Agote, its sponsor. According to the InfoLEG registry, it repealed articles 264, 306 to 310, and 329 and amended articles 393 and 457 of the Civil Code; Law 24.286 later amended its articles 18 and 18 bis. It was repealed by article 76 of Law 26.061, published on October 26, 2005.
