Summary
A national law enacted on September 28, 2005 and published on October 26, 2005. Its purpose is the comprehensive protection of the rights of children and adolescents in Argentine territory, to guarantee the full exercise of the rights recognized in national law and in the international treaties to which the Nation is a party. It creates a comprehensive protection system and, in its article 76, repeals Law 10.903 on the Patronato de Menores and decrees 1606/90, 1631/96, and 295/01.
