Summary
A documentary, descriptive and explanatory study of school conflict in Venezuela. It presents the school as a central space of socialisation where conflict is no longer seen only as negative but understood as part of coexistence, which requires changing the practices used to address it. It notes that conflicts are growing because of low tolerance among members of the educational community, and proposes school mediation as a path towards a climate of peace. It is useful for teaching and management staff and for those who train in school mediation.
